🎟 Tickets & Seating
- Free seating applies within each category; seats are not numbered. Some seats may be reserved for invited guests.
- A valid ticket is required for entry.
- Infants and children need tickets if occupying a seat. It is the responsibility of the parents/guardians of children to manage them during the event so that they shall not cause any disturbance to the event or the rest of the audience.
⏰ Event Changes
- The event organiser may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes, seating arrangements, ticketing and audience capacity without prior notice.
- Tickets are valid only for the event and date stated.
- The organiser may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
📷 Photography & Recording
- Personal photography (without using flash) and short mobile recordings of less than 60sec (1 min) are allowed.
- Video/Audio Recordings of more than 60 sec or Professional or commercial photography or recording of any sort is not permitted.
🚫 Conduct
- The organiser reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person whose conduct is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
💰 Refunds & Cancellations
- Tickets are non-refundable except if the event is cancelled.
- Upon purchase of Tickets, no exchange of Tickets can be made and tickets cannot be resold, nor redistributed nor used for any commercial or marketing event, activity, promotion or purpose, without the prior written consent of the Organiser.
⚠️ Liability
- By attending an event, a ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with the event and venue, whether occurring before, during, or after the event and indemnify the organisers of any liability, not caused directly by the organisers.
- Ticket holders shall abide by the rules of the venue as announced or informed.
🔐 Privacy
- Personal details collected will be used only for event operations, updates, and communication, in accordance with the organiser’s Privacy Policy.
